Dizziness: The differential diagnosis of dizziness is extensive. This includes ménière's disease, labyrinthitis, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, superior canal dehiscence, brain tumors or cerebrovascular insufficiency. Low-salt diet and diuretics may be beneficial on ménière's disease. Canalith repositioning technique might be beneficial on benign positional vertigo. Check with your physician for proper diagnosis. I hope you feel well soon.
