I have been dizzy on and off. due to ringing in my ear. i have taken my meclizine and its no help. what can i do?

Ent and audio: This should be evaluated by an ENT on an urgent basis. You could have hearing loss that requires prompt medical treatment. There are other conditions such a meniere 's that could be causing this. You should schedule your ENT visit with an audiogram as well.
