Pains all over : Patients with lupus can have non deforming arthritisthat could affect small and mediun size joints , they could also have fibroimyalgia , acondition caractherized by increase sensation of tenderness or pain , the pains are more diffuse and occur with out inflammation , sometimes is difficult to differentiate , but a good medical evaluation could define the difference.

Lupus: Any and all of these are signs of lupus. As you probably already know the cause is unknown but thought to have environmental triggers. There will be flares and remission. It is treated with immunosuppressive meds or steroids including injectables for localized flares or pain - which you also probably already know.
