Yes: It is known as aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD) in the USA. Treatment includes: asthma therapy (usually leukotriene modifying agents, e.g. Singulair); medical and surgical management of chronic rhinosinusitis; and either avoiding all cox-1 inhibiting NSAIDs (e.g. Advil, (ibuprofen) Aleve) or aspirin-desensitization followed by daily aspirin.

Samter's triad: Fernand Widal syndrome is a triad of nasal polyps, moderate to severe asthma, & severe aspirin intolerance. It is called Samter's triad in the US. Chronic sinus infections & loss of the sense of smell are common consequences of nasal polyps. Dr. Albers is correct Aspirin desensitization can reduce nasal polyps & help control asthma. Corticosteroid sprays for nose & lungs are useful as well.
