Second week on mirtazapine and now having diarhea. will this go away? is it a common side effect? on 7.5 mg

Not common: Diarrhea is not a common side effect of mirtazapine, and i'm not certain it is the reason for your diarrhea. I would have expected constipation for a gastrointestinal side effect.
