How long will the fatigue last on remeron (mirtazapine)? i have been on remeron (mirtazapine) for 1 week now and am exhausted daily.

Remeron (mirtazapine): It can take 2-3 weeks for side effects to lessen in antidepressant use. Sometimes fluoxetine takes longer. Obviously given Remeron often causes sleepiness, it may be a side effect that may persist. My only other concern would be that you've listed you are on Effexor, (venlafaxine) Prozac, and Cymbalta. Along with Remeron among other side effects would be delaying of REM sleep which may make you sleepier too
