Constipation Cure: Constipation may be the cause of your tiredness and exhaustion, due to "auto-intoxication" (reabsorption of body toxins). To "cure" constipation, attack from several directions. Drink plenty of water, and consume lots of fiber (i.e., seeds, bran, high-fiber vegetables, metamucil, etc). Also, increase peristalsis with mild stimulants like prunes. Also, add 1, 000-2, 000 mg of magnesium per day.
