i have constant fatigue, dizziness and sometimes constipation. would vitamins help with this and if so, what type should i get?

Diagnosis needed: A diagnosis will be needed and a visit with your doc should help in that regard. If a vitamin deficiency is found, such as D or B12, I for example, replacement therapy can be started.
