Yes...: If your smoking caused the anxiety then it will probably go away but if your anxiety is why you smoked in the 1st place then you will need treatment for the anxiety.

STOP: Recent research says that marijuana reduces intellect, possibly long term, when used by teens. In some predisposed to mental illness, it can start severe trouble. Pleasure now, lots of trouble coming. You're worth protcting, even if you don't see why. 1: stop now. 2: see a psychiatrist/psychotherapist and deal with the anxiety a different way. It took coursge to ask. You have courage.
