THC can be helpful: Chris, If you have found smoking marijuana to be helpful in reducing your anxiety and panic attacks I would suggest you try other oral forms of TCH to see if you have the same level of benefit. I would also encourage you to consider forms of exercise and exertion that are within your ability i.e. swimming, rowing , walking, biking. If you don't have an accountability partner you may consider one.
