I have been having night sweats for the past month occasionally and have now had one almost every night for the past week. I sleep in a cold room and am sleeping a normal amount. I have been feeling tired and not hungry within the past week.
4th day having covid. Feeling a little bit better but my cold Sweats when I sleep are bad. I take my temperature and it says 99.5. Is it good that Im sweating? How do I stop this? Waking up during the night to switch clothing?
