My husband is 40 and he sweats a lot at night and it smells terrible. blood work shows all is ok. we keep the temp down and sleep with a fan.. help!

Still too hot: It may be that the room temperature is still too warm at night. Our bodies temperature drops a bit at night and sweating is one way it does that. Otherwise a consultation with a sleep physician may be appropriate.
