Coughing with fatigue for two weeks what could this be?

Lung problem ?: This sounds like an acute condition, so could be allergic bronchospasm , if you are prone to allergies; could be bronchitis, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation; or relux related cough. It is possibly related to a cold(uri)affecting your nose/sinuses with postnasal drip. You new a good history, exam, and work-up which may include a chest xray.
