Could be: Normal or an infection. If there is no itching, burning or odor it is best left alone. With any of the associated symptoms it is best to see the gyn to rule out or treat the appropriate infection.

Vaginal discharge: Leukorrhea refers to thick white or yellow vaginal discharge. It is not a disease, but rather a sign or symptom which usually indicates hormonal (estrogen) changes. If it becomes more pronounced or foul-smelling, it may indicate inflammation of the vagina or cervix, possibly from infection.
