Try Monistat first : If you have new sexual partner then go see a doctor first. If not try Monistat or Clotrimazole. It is available in Pakistan. If you do not wish to insert medications inside your vagina then get ketoconazole 150mg, 1 tablet only and take it by mouth. If not better in 3 days see a doctor. For losing weight, start with calorie counts and then if are eating 2500 calories daily, see a doctor.
