Depends on you . . .: Do you want to be able to father any (more) children? If not, then sperm count is a moot point, right? In that case, use any form of testosterone eg androderm, androgel, axiron, fortesta, striant, testim or injectable t. However, if you still want to maintain your fertility, then avoid any & all t products. You'll need to use way off-label hcg, tamoxifen & anastrazole to stimulate t & sperm produc.
