Fertility ?'s: A "low FSH" is normal for a fertile female, however "no sperm production" with "high testosterone" may indicate blockage in the vas deferens, and certain IVF methods of conception may be possible via ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) using maternal eggs as recipient and subsequent embryo transfer. Such fertility IVF procedures are expensive, however.

High testosterone,: I recommend consulting an endocrinologist to sort this out. Collaboration with a urologist may also be worthwhile. High testosterone can lower FSH and depress sperm production.
