Experiencing sharp pains in pelvic area 4 3days now and not due for periods for 9days.. hav taken pregnant test but neg would it be to early to test?

Most likely ov. Cyst: Most likely ovulation related pain as ovulation is generally 14 days or so prior to start of menses. If pain persists an exam by your doctor and a pelvic ultrasound would be in order to make sure not a tubal pregnancy (which is less likely with the neg preg test but not impossible). So if pain persists do not wait to ck it out.
