Fertility: Pregnancy is possible after unprotected intercourse on any day of a womans cycle. It is less common around the time of menses, but still possible.

Maybe: If your girlfriend's breasts are sore, if she is nauseated - those would be additional signs. An over the counter test would give you the answer.
