Usually benign: In a 29 year old woman it would most likely be related normal ovulation with the extrusion of fluid from a normal cyst. Could be the result of a ruptured ovarian cyst, or infection but generally the fluid would be more and look like pus.. It would be very rare for it to be a cancer. A pelvic sonogram should be able to sort things out. I hope things go well.
