Can immunization / vaccination records still be acquired if your doctor's office account has been discharged?

Yes: Your medical records are yours. While you can't generally take your record out of the office - the dr.Needs to keep the original- you are able to obtain copies of the contents of the charts. Usually there's a fee per page.

Maybe: It depends upon how long it has been.Your doctor may keep the records for 7-10 years but also may not. This suggests always obtaining a copy of your records when leaving a practice. We are not required to maintai n the records forever.
