IPL and wrinkles: Ipl can cause some swelling, redness, pigment changes & in the hands of inexperienced/untrained person, even burns. It doesn't cause wrinkles. It actually can help improve wrinkles by stimulating collagen production. It is possible that there was swelling & when swelling calmed down, skin looks a little wrinkly. Try a fragrance-free moisturizer for sensitive skin. If not, see your dermatologist.

May Resolve Quickly: The most common mishaps are burns, blisters and pigmentation issues. Other than following up with the treating facility, my best advice would be to use a gentle moisturizer and wait a few days. This may all resolve quite quickly.
