It's possible: Miscarrigae or ongoing miscarriage is possible. Do a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant. If the test is negative then you are not pregnant and this may likely be an abnormal period. If the test is positive you should see your doctor since an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy is possible. Ectopic pregnancy may be life threatening.
