Dr told me i had miscarried but i feel something moving in my stomache. what can it be i'm kinda confused! what do u think?

Immovable object?: If there was a miscarriage in fact, the beta HCG blood pregnancy test should drop to less than one(1). If it is still elevated, have your md do another ultrasound to be sure that the uterus is empty and does not contain an "immovable object" of retained pregnancy.

Gas ??: Unless you were at or past 16 wks any movement you perceive is likely intestinal gas & not a moving fetus. You should always review how you are feeling with your doc, as this could be important, but I look to common things as explanations before I go to dark places.
