Swim, bike: I suggest you find a good podiatrist in your area as this condition is very common and treatable. This way you can return to walking, running, elliptical machine, etc. There are many treatment modalities that will improve and hopefully resolve plantar fasciitis. For now try biking and swimming, but don't hesitate to get plantar fasciitis treated.

Stretching plantar f: Try stretching plantar fascia arch with rolling foot over golf ball. Wear good support footgear and get an arch support.
