Yes: The orange color is probably due to the medication she takes for the uti. Have less vigorous sex and empty bladder after(her-not you).

Could it medicine: The orange color is possibly related to an over the counter medicine that she buys for uti. At any rate recurrent utis are best managed by repeat culture and urinalysis that will facilitate the use of the correct antibiotic. Her doc is the one who should be helping with this. If she still has utis after this, she needs to tell her doc who will order an ultrasound to see if she has a reason for it.
