Unclear: Low liver functions are normal. There's no lower limit to liver function blood tests regardless of what the lab lists. Acid reflux should be treated by usual means. Pain under the left rib cage could be gastritis, splenomegaly, colitis, or a muscular cause. You shoud see your doctor for an accurate diagnosis.
