It : It sounds like you need to seek a second opinion from a gastroenterologist. There are many tests that can be done to figure out what is causing you so much discomfort. They work up will likely include blood tests and imaging studies(i.e. Ultrasound). Eventually you will probably have a procedure done called an endoscopy. A camera is used to view your upper GI tract, including your stomach. Don't worry, this is done under sedation. I hope you get answers and good treatment. Good luck.

Examination: Consider seeing your doctor for a physical exam. They should evaluate your for a hernia or abdominal/ pelvic mass. Then appropriate testing can be done based on the history and physical. They can refer you to a gastroenterologist if needed to evaluate the acid reflux
