Testicular pain, only thing ultrasound showed was varicoceoles, could this be the cause of the pain?

Varicocele's Ache: Yes. The swelling of the varicocele leads to pain. The ache is usually short lived as the trauma that led to the inflammation subsides. There is a surgical option if the pain is intolerable. But, active varicocele's can hurt.

Maybe: If the testicle itself hurts, it's not from the varicocele. Varicocele pain is higher in scrotum worse the longer you're on your feet or exercising.
