Vaccination: Try Motrin every 6-8 hrs. It comes as 100mg/5ml. Try 2.5 ml (half a teaspoon) every 6-8 hrs. If still crying, having fever, rash at injection site, not eating or any unusual behavior then call your pediatrician on call.

Observe: Crying after shots is one of the reactions described in patient's vaccination hand out, so that's expected. If no fever or any unusual behavior is seen otherwise, she needs to be observed closely. If in any doubt, take her to an urgent care facility or if rapidly deteriorating to er.

Support: Warm compresses to the shot site may help. Also a correct dose of tylenol (acetaminophen).These reactions usually last no more than 24-48 hours.See your doctor if they continue.
