Skin lumps: R they soft or firm? How large r they? How long have they been there? Should see pcp or dermatologist for evaluation & treatment. May be boils (furuncles) or possibly a form of skin cancer called mycosis fungoides. Nsaids may provide better temporary pain relief than tylenol (acetaminophen).
