Maybe: Saltwater spray will help clean the nasal passages, but won't do anything with an infection. You need antibiotics or other therapies that is recommended by your doctor. That's check with him or her definitive answer.

Drainage: To promote drainage from your inflamed sinuses, warm salt water nasal irrigations are helpful. Also warm applications to the forehead and cheeks and/or steam inhalations can be effective.
