Tingling: These symptoms ore neuropathic in nature and need to be evaluated by a neurologist. I would recommend she sees an md as soon as possible..

Not sure: Could be transient ischemic attacks (small heart attacks) or side effects from medications she is taking to treat her cardiac problems. I would consult promptly with her cardiologist and her dentist.
