Maybe the food: Possibly a food allergy or sensitivity. Could there have been msg in the food. Peanuts?Try eating small amounts of the food again to see if you experience the same symptoms. Have a friend nearby to take you to a doctor/hospital. Also have some anti-histamines available. The safest thing to do is make a complete list of the foods you ate and consult with your physician.

Allergy possible: You may be allergic to something in the food. It is important to find out what you are allergic to and avoid this in the future. Allergies can be serious. See your doctor or an allergist asap.
