Tingling: tingling sensations are typically off neurologic origin, likely best evaluated by a neurologist to determine the level of origin of symptoms i.e. brain versus spinal versus local foot pathology.

Probably none: Could be a mechanical problem due to tight shoes. Unless u have AF, occasional skipped beats are not dangerous.
