Gastroesophageal: Reflux with esophagitis ( inflammation of the lining of the esophagus) is one possibility. Your baby's pediatrician needs to know about these symptoms. With smart phones nowadays, it's pretty easy for you to video an episode to take in with you. The doctor will plot her growth & will want to investigate & treat this. Learned behaviors start & 6 mos., so this crying is not behavioral.

Mgt: I would suggest a virtual consultation, and uploading her chest radiograph if available. I would suggest feeding at an angle and discussing GERD with your physician. Other considerations include a problem with sucking/swallowing.
