I doubt it: Women rarely have inguinal hernias - that's usually a guy-thing. This pressure sensation makes me think you may be having a combination of constipation and a rectocele, causing an out-pouching of the rectum into the vagina with difficulty passing stool. It sounds like you may need an exam to sort out your pelvic anatomy, especially if you are having pain or bowel/bladder functional difficulties.
