It may be,,,,: A cancerous lymph node may be moveable. It's just that its consistency(hard, painless, irregular) is different from a non-cancerous lymph node(soft, sensitive, smooth).

Lymph node: In early stages, yes, cancerous lymph node is moveable. But in later stages, cancerous lymph nodes become firm to hard, matted (adherent to each other) and adherent to adjacent structures and immoveable.
