Food sensitivities : It depends on what you ate for that meal and earlier in the last day. If this is recurrent you may be sensitive to certain foods, i would consider keeping a food diary to see what foods make you feel this way. Sometimes increased fiber can cause symptoms of you don't usually have it, once you know what it is you can try an elimination diet.
