Lab data: Making a potential diagnosis from partial lab data without a full history and physical exam is next to impossible. Lymphoma sounds unlikely from what you have described, but would want to know your CBC and differential WBC count and possibly entertain a biopsy of nodes that are suspicious and possibly consider a bone marrow biopsy/aspirate. But you will hear this from the oncologist.

Probably not: It sounds more like some type of viral infection, however, you should certainly keep the appointment to determine what is happening and how to evaluate it.
