23yo male with 24mm/h ESR and 1mg/dl CRP. Ive had many swollen 1.3cm nodes in neck and armpits for over a year. Daily low grade fevers at night up to 100F. My ESR was 68 last year, but PET/CT showed no sign of uptake. Should I worry about lymphoma?

I've 3 swollen, hard glands in my neck, drenching night sweats daily, fevers that come and go, and fatigue. I feel very unwell, CBC was normal, except low iron. Negative for Mono+CMV, normal thyroid+liver tests. Getting worse, what is this? Lymphoma?
M-24. Every night at 6-7, I get low grade fever, hot flash, feeling like toxins in body. Feel fine during day. I have many persistent nodes (max 1.6cm), clear PET 2yrs ago, and ENT does not believe its lymphoma. High ESR +CRP. Normal cbc. Any ideas?
