Possible lymphoma? 23 m. swollen neck nodes for 1.5 yrs. pet/ct 6 months ago normal. us showed likely reactive. esr and crp mildly elevated for 1yr. low grade fever nightly, sweat and neck burning for past 2 months. does normal pet rule out lymphoma?

No: One sure way to ruling out of lymphoma will be a tissue exam which requires biopsy. If the mass( swollen node) is located at posterior neck or right above collar bone deserves an extra attention.
