Get it checked: Just to be sure it is nothing bad, make sure and get it looked at by a doctor; but, more than likely, it is probably a lipoma. These are benign fatty masses, which occur as we age. It could also be an epidermal cyst (these are also caused sebaceous cysts). These are also benign. But, again, get someone to look at it.

Lump on back: Any lump needs to be examined by your doctor. One possibility is a sebaceous cyst. That can be easily treated through your doctor. Peace and good health.
