Nettie Pot: Yes, saline in any form may very well help a lot. Saline can be delivered to the nose as a spray, an irrigation or by using a nettie pot. I am partial to nasal irrigation bottle and feel that patients generally get better results with it than with a nettie pot. I would encourage you to try both and use what works best for you.
