No & not good: If you are vomiting up everything, then you are failing outpatient management and need to go to the er for IV hydration and antibiotics before your infection worsens and you become significantly dehydrated. If they can control your vomiting, you might be discharged, but otherwise, will be admitted for more IV until doing better.
