No worries: He may just have some poor fitting glasses. Eye muscle twitching is a common problem, and it can be causes by an irritation such as dry eyes or eyeglasses. Hope his symptoms resolve soon!

See your Eye MD: The twitch might not be important but on the other had might represent some neurological problem. Mandatory that you see an eye md asap, preferably a pediatric ophthalmologist.
