Can inguinal hernia be caused by motor vehicle collision (rear-ended)? any doc expert to give causation opinion (51% probability+)?

Yes.: Hernias are weaknesses in the muscle layer and can be found in different locations. Most commonly found in inguinal (groin) region. Anything that causes an increase in abdominal pressure can cause a hernia. Examples are heavy lifting, chronic cough or constipation and obesity. Though less common, hernias can be seen after trauma, such as a motor vehicle collision.

Not likely : There is no way to prove that hernia was caused by accident unless u happened to have a ct scan just before accident or doctor exam.
