Diet and exercise: It can take awhile to lose the weight (after all, it took 9 months to put it on!). Initially you will see a big weight loss, then it will slow down to 1-2 lbs/month. Be sure to continue eating a well balanced diet and exercising regularly. Don't try any dieting as you need good nutrition for breastfeeding. Be patient and keep with a healthy lifestyle- it will come off.

Diet & exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
