How do you know if you ovulated without using an opk?

Cant for sure: Even with a predictor kit, you only know that you had a surge of lh, not that you actually released the egg. Although, most women will release an egg. If you have premenstrual symptoms (not pms), like breast tenderness, bloating, ha, etc. In other words, if you know you are about to start, and you have reasonably regular periods, then 95 percent chance you are ovulating.

Many things: The many things: are regular cycles, pre-menstrual breast tenderness, cervical cascade, midcycle pain and bleeding. The problem with these is they are not accurate in terms of timing. One thing you can do your cycle is regular then you ovulate 14 days before menses. Not accurate if your cycle is irregular. If you know that you are ovulating+ having intercourse 3 times/w you dont need to know when.
