i've had a 25 wt gain. i can't sleep at night. i excersie and my diet is not terrible. irregular periods can someone help me on what this might be?

PCOS: Weight gain and irregular periods may indicate pcos - polycystic ovary syndrome. Hormone blood tests may be helpful, and medication such as metformin or birth control pills may often be very helpful. See your gynecologist.
