Please clarify: I'm a little confused as to what you are asking. You sleep after breakfast at 7 am? Typically your metabolism slows while sleeping, and therefore it is not recommended to sleep after meals, especially if you are on a diet. If you can reword your question I might be able to answer it better.

Don't eat B4 sleep: Sleep is very important for health and weight. Sleep 7 to 9 hours every night and generally try to go to bed earlier instead of napping if you are feeling tired during the day. Daytime sleepiness might also be a symptom of sleep apnea, so if you are getting 8 hrs and still sleepy, see doc. You may eat a light healthy snack an hour before bed, but full meal should be over 2 hours before bedtime.
